Each step of the drying process, right from when the fruit or vegetable is harvested from the field, through the drying process at our plant and till packaging, is carefully monitored. At each step in this process, quality of the product is checked.

The fruit is carefully selected and dehydrated using our solar tunnel dryers in order to preserve the taste and texture.

 
 


The solar tunnel dryer is a carefully monitored controlled environment, which filters out all dirt, dust and insects. Careful nitrogen flushed packaging is done to prevent the entry of insects and other infestations.

We believe in keeping our products as natural as possible. We do not add any preservatives or additives for taste and flavour enhancement.
